Shipping methods and costs
We ship WORLWIDE via courier.
For orders within Romania we ship via Urgent Courier.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the type of product you choose to purchase, there are different delivery terms.
For standard size articles (XS/S/M/L)
These articles are available in the immediate stock and are designed based on standard EU sizes. The orders take between 3-5 days to be delivered. In case the article you have ordered is not in the immediate stock, you will be notified via e-mail, when you receive the “Confirmation e-mail” after we have checked the stock availability.
For custom made articles
These articles are not available on immediate stock, they are custom made individually for each of our customers. That is why it takes 14 – 20 days for us to create them. Please add 1-3 days for shipping and estimate your shipping date according to this information.
Do you deliver to EU countries?
Yes. We deliver to all EU countries by courier. If you are from a EU country, you will be contacted by e-mail after sending the online order and we will establish the best courier option for your country.
What about the delivery to NON-EU countries?
We also deliver to NON- EU countries by courier. If you are from a NON-EU country, please contact us by e-mail and we will establish the best courier option for your country.
Return & Exchange Policy
Depending on the type of product you choose to purchase, there are different return & exchange policies.
1. For standard size articles (XS/S/M/L)
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
Cernei.eu will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached AND in its original packaging. Upon receipt of any order without tags please notify us immediately if you wish to return the item. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item for a different size only once. Thereafter, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
2. For custom made articles
We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt. The returns are permitted ONLY for the following situations:
• The article shows production faults. Please check garments thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
• The article does not meet the measurements you have indicated us. At the time of placing the order, you will be asked to send us your personal measurements based on a “Measurement guide” we will send you. We take no responsibility on faulty measurements. The customers are the sole responsible for the measurements they send us.
Exchanges are not allowed on custom made product, due to the fact that custom made articles are unique items tailored based on the exact measurements indicated by the customer.
When will I receive a refund for returned items?
When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s), minus the return shipping charges which are the client’s responsibility. Should you fail meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you. We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid. A time frame of anywhere between 10-14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Can I return sale items?
No. We do not accept returns or refund request for sale items.
Can I exchange an item for a different item?
No. We kindly ask you return the item and then re-start the purchase process for another item.
